What time can I arrive?
Rooms are available from 15h00.
If you wish to arrive earlier, we will do our best according to availability.
How late can I leave?
Departures are up to 12h00.
Late check-out is possible on request and subject to availability (extra charge).
How can I book?
You can book directly on our official website, by telephone or by e-mail.
A credit card is required to guarantee the reservation.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
A deposit may be required for certain bookings or special offers.
The terms and conditions are specified at the time of confirmation.
Cancellation & payment
What are your cancellation conditions?
- Free cancellation up to 48 h before arrival.
- Less than 48 hours or no-show : 100 % of stay billed.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), cash and bank transfer.
Cheques are not accepted.
Breakfast & catering
Do you offer breakfast?
Yes, served every morning from 7.30 a.m. to 10.30 a.m. in our dining room or on the terrace.
Do you have a restaurant?
Yes, our restaurant offers home cooking with a focus on Italian products.
Open evenings from 7pm to 9.30pm (booking required).
Can I have dinner if I'm not staying at the hotel?
Yes, subject to availability. It is advisable to book in advance.
Well-being / Boudoir
Wellness / Boudoir Do you have a wellness area?
Yes, our boudoir offers massages, facials and body treatments by prior arrangement.
How do I book a treatment?
This can be arranged at reception or by telephone before your arrival.
Any cancellation less than 24 hours before the treatment will be billed.
Access & Parking
Do you have a car park?
Yes, free private parking available for hotel guests.
Do you have a charging point for electric vehicles?
No.
Is the hotel accessible by public transport?
There is a train station and bus stop nearby.
We can organise a transfer on request.
Does the hotel have a shuttle service to the slopes?
Yes, we can drop you off and pick you up at the chairlift exit.
Animals
Are pets allowed?
Yes, on request and for a supplement of €20
Please keep them on a lead in the communal areas.

Do you have wifi?
Yes, free high-speed wifi throughout the establishment.
Are the rooms air-conditioned?
No, our rooms are not air-conditioned.
Do you offer room service?
Yes, for breakfast and certain snacks.
Do you have a concierge service?
Yes, our team is at your disposal for any enquiries you may have:
book a restaurant, taxi, local activity or visit, ski pass.
Family breaks
Do you accept children?
Yes, children are welcome.
