GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the contractual relationship between the Hôtel Maison Soyeuse and any person booking a stay, a catering service or a treatment in the boudoir.
All bookings imply the Customer's full and unreserved acceptance of these conditions.
- Reservations
2.1 Terms and conditions
Reservations can be made :
- by telephone, e-mail or on site,
- on the hotel's official website,
- via approved partners (OTAs, travel agencies, etc.).
All bookings are considered definitive only after written confirmation from the Hotel and, where applicable, payment of a deposit or guarantee by credit card.
2.2 Bank guarantee
A valid credit card is required as a guarantee.
The hotel reserves the right to issue a pre-authorisation prior to arrival.
- Rates
Prices are given in euros, inclusive of all taxes, but exclusive of tourist tax.
Tourist tax is charged per person per night at the current rate set by Briançon.
Prices are subject to change without notice; only the booking confirmation is binding.
- Terms of payment
Payment must be made to the Hotel :
- by credit card, cash or bank transfer,
- on arrival or departure, depending on the type of booking.
For some holidays, a deposit of 30 % of the total amount may be required at the time of booking.
- Cancellation - Change - No-show
5.1 Standard conditions
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before date of arrival
- Less than 48 hours or in the event of no-show: 100 % of the stay billed.
5.2 Non-cancellable holidays / special offers
Certain promotional offers are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
The total cost of the stay will be deducted at the time of booking.
5.3 Shortening the stay
Any shortened stay will be billed in full for the period initially booked.
- Arrival and departure
- Check-in: from 3pm
- Check-out: before 12.00 noon
Any unauthorised late departure may result in an additional night being charged.
- Restaurant & Boudoir
7.1 Restaurant
Table reservations may be subject to confirmation depending on the number of guests.
In the event of late cancellation (less than 4 hours before the service) or no-show, the Hotel reserves the right to charge a fixed fee.
7.2 Boudoir
Treatments and massages are only available on reservation and subject to availability.
Any cancellation made less than 24 hours before the treatment will be billed in full.
- Opening times and access to common areas
Opening times for the restaurant, boudoir, terrace, car park, etc. are displayed at reception and may vary according to the season.
- Hotel stay
9.1 Life rules
Customers agree to respect the quiet of the premises, the furniture and all the staff.
Any damage found will be billed for repair.
9.2 Liability
The hotel accepts no responsibility for valuables not deposited in the safe.
Children stay under the responsibility of their parents.
- Animals
Pets are only allowed by prior arrangement and at an additional cost.
They must be kept on a lead in communal areas.
- Personal data
The information collected is required to manage bookings and is processed in accordance with the RGPD.
Customers have the right to access, rectify and delete their data on written request.
- Force majeure
The Hotel cannot be held responsible for any failure to meet its obligations due to force majeure (natural disasters, bad weather, strikes, power cuts, etc.).
- Claims & disputes
All complaints must be made in writing to the management within 7 days of the end of your stay.
In the event of an unresolved dispute, the Customer may refer the matter free of charge to the Tourism and Travel Ombudsman (MTV Médiation).
- Applicable law
These terms and conditions are governed by French law.
Any dispute shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gap.
